Il s\u2019agit, du point de vue l\u00e9gal, de savoir si dans chaque situation, votre d\u00e9sir de ne pas \u00eatre importun\u00e9 est plus ou moins important que les objectifs du gouvernement \u2013 comme l\u2019enqu\u00eate sur un crime \u2013 qui pourraient impliquer une violation de votre vie priv\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Par exemple, il est raisonnable pour une personne de s\u2019attendre \u00e0 ce que ses biens soient priv\u00e9s, de sorte que la police ne peut g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas fouiller dans votre sac sans mandat, sans votre permission ou sans autre autorisation l\u00e9gale.
